At K9 Sport Sack®, we want to ensure both you and your dog are comfortable and safe during every adventure. If your carrier isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the carrier is free of dog hair, dirt, and odors; items returned in used condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your gear, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our team verifies the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
